Hi all! I'm getting tired of re-indexing torsion bars on my vehicles so I decided to teach my 8 year old son to do it instead! Here are a few pics of Matt going to re-indexing school.

Now that's the way. I remember wrenching on the old '64 chevy panel wagon with my old man at that age. Some day I hope to teach my boy, and girl for that matter if they want to, how to do repair work.

Yep, teach em while they are young. He sure was proud of himself after we finished. He's been going around telling all of his friends that he "lifted dad's Pathfinder over the weekend". Smile

Thats awesome... I can't wait to have kids so I can "train" em, lol

I remember always going out and helping my dad fix our cars when I was younger.

Yep, he was giving it everything he had. His feet were coming off of the ground. I offered to help him but he wouldn't give up until both front tires were off of the ground.
My next project for him is adding the new idler arm brace that I just got for it.
