I can't recall one ever busting.. Someone (maybe here) once said it's somewheres between a built 9" and a D60.

Hey, it's a Brent. Hiii Brent. Smile

Haven't seen a 33 spline break, but was with Ben in the grape ape when he broke a 31 spline shaft. Not sure I'd put the strength on one between a D60 and a 9", but I'd definitely put it between a 9" and an old school D44. The H233B shafts have high spline counts but aren't terribly thick...about D44 size, but the ring gear is about 9 1/4"

I think the only locker available for the c200 is an ARB. And yeah the new c200's should be the same as the old ones AFAIK. Maybe just a little wider.

I think they're the same as the 2003+ 31 spline units. Older (more common) ones are 30 spline. AC sells both.

You can get an ARB for both versions of the C200.

Not aware of any bolt pattern changes. Worst case you'd be out the shipping, or you could call Jim and ask him to trace an outline of it with the bolt holes and fax it to you or something so you could lay your cover over the top of it.

I compared to pics of my front, I think it is the same. It would also work on my rear C200 no probs but I am dumping that!

All that would be a prob from what I see is I have a breather tube coming off my cover. Might require a small notch right above the fill plug hole. Not a biggie...

Think I will buy it! Big Grin

Good idea on the fax though, don't think I need to though. 99% sure it is exactly the same as a Patrol C200.
