Hello everyone! Glad to have found this site. I am located in Tempe Az and was wondering if there was any frontier clubs or anything like that locally..? I am not looking to go wheeling hardcore or on some 4 day trail deal but a nice 4x4 trail, weekend camp or hike event would be cool... hit me up at desertheatracing@yahoo.com if ya have some info!

Hello and smiley49 to the board. Alot of the people who run this board are in the phoenixish area and are very familiar with all of the trails.

Having been out there only a few times I am no expert but there are PLENTY of trails ranging from beginner to extreme.

Welcome to N4W.

All Arizona trail runs are planned and discussed in the SWANKy forum down below. Check it out there.

You've found SWANKy. (Soutwest Area Nissan Club (yota) <<The yota part is because a few guys have Toyotas....

Tell us about your truck. Stock? Built up? We've got a SWANKy run in 2 weeks but it will be a bit much for a stocker. Another campout is happening in October. A stocker can easily make it to the campsite, though probably not on the bonus trail we're running. Like DL said, watch the SWANKy forum for local activities planned and we look forward to meeting you.

Right on guys, thanks for the replys. I have a 01 sc 4x4 5spd frontier crew cab in black. I have very mild mods going on. This weekend I am taking off the factory 17's with the 255/65 17's and putting on some used factory 6 spoke 15x7 rims I just bought with a set of bfg 31 1050's. The lighting has been upgraded with piaa 9007's and h3's. As soon as the k&n fipk is in I will be putting on the 2.3 pulley boys pulley if they are still in business "website been down". I have tons of others mods coming soon but will take some time for I am in no hurry, just bought the truck 2 weeks ago! haha. has 59K miles on it. I am going to mexico in october so might miss that one but I will keep my eye out for a light offroad camp trip.
