Turns out this is not correct, the factory open carrier that ARB evaulated was misrepresented as from an 05+ model but it was actually from an earlier model. There is no ARB for the 05+ yet, but ARB hasn't ruled it out in the future.

everything has been taken care on this , i have sent the carrier for the c200 to arb they measured it up and are sending me the carrier back at this time , but they said probably in a year they might have one made up
