Alright everyone, ive got the weirdest vibration that ive ever felt. Its intermitent and only happens after 70mph. Any ideas? All the usual have been checked, tires for balance, and BJ's all that good stuff! Any help will be greatful, i commute and this is getting old. It seems as if its right under my floorboard, driver side. You dont feel it inder acceleration only when you let off!
cheers, kyle |

Cant be drive shaft issues with the year of your truck. Check all your front suspension.

In 2001 and newer, they used majical drive shafts and ujoints that are impervious to damage.
Gosh. Thought you would have known that... everyone else did. ----------------------------- My myspace page. TUPPERWARE!!!! "Never argue with an idiot, they will just drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience." |

yeah, I had that on my Titan, and it only did it when I was going faster than 55-60... it turned out to be a warped front brake rotor...
as far as magical u-joints, i heard something about those, but I thought it was just rumors... 2005 Nissan Titan 4X4 with some mods... |

found the problem everyone. I was one the way home lastnight, and it was doing it. When i got home i crawled underneath, and the driveshaft had about 1/4-1/2" of play. The ujoints are toast. It was only one side thats toast, so i couldnt feel it the first time i checked it.
thanks again cheers, kyle |

front or rear?
I just replaced my rear drive shaft. The front drive shaft can be found in the aftermarket world. The U-jount are replaceable, not a easy job to perform. 1995 KC XE-V6 4x4. |

Congrats on the find! U-joints are a bear, but not too difficult.
