Hey Andy, checkout it out bro.

Finally got the extra tires & rims Goodyear 33/12.50/15 MT/Rs. I did a flex test on the rig and the only triming I'll need to do is on the front of the front fenders/fender flares at the very bottom. The 12.50 wide tires just barely rub there on a full/hard turn to the left/right side while steering. I still have plenty of room to lift the front end even more if I need to as well.

I'll be installing at least the engine & transmission skid plates before the end of the month. Plus, I'm going to mount a black diamond plated tool box in the bed, one that will fit underneath the tonnue cover and that's were I'm going to mount the compressor and air tank for a rear ARB locker. If I make my next bonus check again in October I will probably have enough $$$ to lock the front IFS axle as well untill it's time for the SAS conversion but that's still down the trail a bit.

Here more on info on the NEW STUFF

Very nice! Just put 33" MTRs on mine a few weeks ago. That's about the cleanest modded Nissan out there.

Thanks Guys, I still have more mods to come. The engine & transmission (Skid Row) skid plates should be delivered from AC by the end of this month. Plus, I maybe buying a new rear ARB air locker from Chris (2001Frontier) this week as well. Probably won't have everything else I need for the rear locker set-up untill September or October but what the heck, you got to start from somewhere, right. Plus, I really want & need to get those new 3-pac AAL that AC has now to beef up the rear suspension some.

Well, he (Chris) had ask me if I was interested in buying it from him and was going to sell it to me but then he changed his mind and decided to keep it instead. Anyway, I'll be getting one here for my truck purdy soon.

Hey, I also installed a set of Skid Row (engine and transmission) armor plates this weekend but I still need to order the transfere case armor. Guess I'm going to change out my short AALs for those 3-pac ones AC is selling now too.

Yeah...if you're doing serious wheeling, dumping those short AAL's is the way to go. Those things eat leaf packs.

The new spring pacs will be on by next month I hope, although I did installed the undercarrage armor last weekend.

Clay, I will send you information on where you can find the black finished tool boxes.

porsche996, you know I'm glad you ask that question....yes, I do wheel my truck every chance I get, what's a matter...look a little to clean for you to think that I don't wheel it...... smiley6 hehehe
I been to HERE several times in the last two years with TNT and the SWXC and as a matter of fact I will be there again this Saturday as well. I also have been to Wheelin Ranch in Nacona, TX a few weeks ago with the Cowtown jeep club and next weekend (Aug. 21th)I will be HERE for the KIK meet pre-run that I'll be at on September 4th as well. Not to mention that there is two or three places around Dallas/Denton that I go to when I have the need to fling some rocks or mud.

See what you don't know is that I have a friend that owns his own shop, I can use the lift or tube bender or any of the tools and equipment he has any time I want to during off shop/store hours. Plus I just take good care of my truck too.

He does take it out whenever he can..not one mod has gone unused, it's just so unusual because at the same time he keeps the truck so damn clean...which shows an awesome amount of commitment. I cannot wait until he drops an axle under the front.

just wondering, 'cause those sliders don't have a bit of touch-up paint on them, and it even looks like the bumper is attached in the original spots...

The rubbermaid bumper bounces back, trust me, I know, but it never bounces back to the exact same spot...

smiley36 I'm J/K-ing wit ya porsche996

"Good eye though, you're very oberservant", to notice that the rock sliders haven't been touched (paint) up as of yet or even scratched. My truck sits purdy high with the 3"SL , 3"BL and the 33" tires and I'm somewhat still amazed myself of the fact that I haven't even striped them yet. Especially after being at Wheelin (rock) Ranch in Nacona, TX. Actually if you look close, the frame sits lower than the rock sliders so this explaines mostly why there are no scratches found on the bottom of the siders. Even the jeep guys at Nacona that I had rode with on the trails commented on how I came out after the run without any caranage/damage. Alot of them (jeeps) substain damage that day. Although, the very first time I find a nice scratch/bead on the sides of one I will know they saved me some $$$ and carnage.......and I will wear/display the scratch(s) with honnor Big Grin
