Well the rails have been ready for a few days but today we actually mounted one side. The rails are 2x3x3/16 and the frames are 2x2x3/16. The front and rear brackets will bolt on but the middle is going to be welded (no good drilling locations).

I'll post pix as soon as their ready. Should be on by the weekend.

If your interested in a set, or in a 2x4 rear bumper with pull points and a hitch, let me know and we'll see what Aaron and I can fix up for you.

Latz!

I'm thinking around 200. I'll ask Aaron tomorrow. It required a little cutting - we used the stock bumper mounts but cut them off and welded the bumper to it and there are also a couple of additional braces where the spare used to go.

Let me know!

So the spare is no longer there? Can you take some pics of the underside?

Have you thought of adapting them to hold air?... for an onboard compressor,,, seems like a good option to design for aftermarket bumpers and such.

I'll take some pictures today and post them.

As for onboard air, I plan on getting an ARB air locker and their compressor but I don't know if they would really hold that much. Anyone have an opinion?

Take as many pics as you can. I want to see how far down it sits, and what the attachment points look like. I need one that is strong enough to drag around in the dirt and rocks. This will be a temporary fix until I build a flatbed eventually.

The pipe is actually bolted to a crossmember and welded to the bumper.

Simply cut the stock bumper bracket and weld it to the new bumper.

Let me know if you're interested!

Forgot to answer Bille...

I talked to Aaron today about that and are very seriously considering it.

Thanks for the option!

Yeah, my rockers are trashed on both sides. One of these days I'm gonna make it to where the door won't open. This is a mod I really need to get done, but I want round tube to match my bumpers.
