i want sliderz like andy's back bumper, that bumper is so sweet, i crapped my pants, ok, jk, but i do like it, and am really looking for someone locally that will help me out with a similar one, if not, off to AZ i go for a little vacation. my back bumper is trashed, so it's about that time. i saw some sweet sliders on a tj, they matched andy's rear bumper, the way they came up on the side. something like that would be choice.
Hmm? I will build some sliders now too! I have just gone through the process of peicing together my very own shop. I bought a mig welder, a oxy/acetylene set up, a 14" cut off saw, and a grinder is on the way! I also have some other goodies including a nice work table made of steel, and a couple of large c clamps.

well, no, but remember that you are the lucky owner of a wife and I am just a free spirit with no loving attachments. When I want to spend my earnings on stuff like the Jeep and the tools, I have to answer to no one. You bought a new X and are doing mods alot too. I am just a guy who loves doing this stuff. And so, God help me, I will build rigs and buy tools and anything else I feel like buying, and I will never have to buy new drapes or nice carpet, or milk, or a family van. Drop me a line sometime when you feel like it, I'm just in the garage making noise.

LOL Terrence! Now I remember why I like you. But my reply to Mr. Single is this: The most recent $1700 in mods for the Meany was purchased by....that very same wife But then there is the house payment and food for munchkins....

Ok, I have purchased some box tubing and will be making the sliders during the next few days. I have a metal supplier near me that sells it cheap and will cut it to length for free. It might take me a while to get good at fabing stuff, but when I get done I will post pics. I am making simple stuff for practice with welding and might be able to make bumpers next, wish me good luck!
