What about ceramic coating courtesy of Jet-Hot? Wouldn't that help w/ containing heat necessary for proper cat function?

EGR Bung, too?
If these are rigged for a 98 , they should bolt up to later KA24DE motors.

I know the 2001 ( stronger)manifolds bolt up to the 98 engines.

hmm guess we need to get my friends truck in , i dont thinkmy boss knows about that and the cali trucks

on the V6 its not a no , but the sales have to be constant the 89-older V6 header for the hardbody was drop cause of lack of sales , the 90-95 sell petty good , so if the interest is there its a good possibility

One other company tried to do headers for the V6 but had very poor quality and fit problems so they never took off. Due to the V6 being offered in an SC and the fact that there have been a ton of V6 Frontiers (all Crew Cabs are V6 for instance) sold since their intro in 1999 I think I can say the interest is there. People are putting cams, intakes, enlarged throttle bodies, Borla & Gibson exhausts, aftermarket pulleys for the SCs, etc. on these engines and we are still missing the last part of the equation, a good set of headers. I'll raise my hand (and open my wallet) for a good set of headers that don't leak and have good welds (the aforementioned ones did not).

Would love to let you use my 4x4, but it's been converted to a solid axle...and you need a 2wd....

I don't even know anyone with a weenie 2wd except Greg, and his has a body lift.

Is there any benefit to buying a header direct through you (read: cheaper)? Can we even do that?

Let me see if I can find someone for you.
