I do not drive off road and only need my truck for daily driving. I want to run 33 inch tires, however, to improve the look. Would my best bet for a lift be the 4 inch trail master lift, or should I just stick with a 3 inch body lift? Which would be better for daily driving? Which would be easier to instal?

the body lift is MUCH cheaper and much easier to put on. also it wont really change the characteristics of the vehicle like a suspension lift.
