Ok. I'm going to get rid of this annoying piece of metal and make it into a coat rack for the garage.

Anybody found any better use for this thing?

They make really cool walking canes if you put a rubber ball on the bottom and duct tape the top.

i took off my front sway bar...in july...and its been in the bed of my truck ever since...i guess im afraid ill want it but i know i just dont have the guts to toss it...and after i put the body lift on there has been a cinder block and a gas can rolling around back there....no ones stolen it yet...im surprised

i took of the rear one today on my 88 pathgrinder. i bent the left endlink friday night. did not notice a huge difference with
it off. i just take it easy while cornering.

how much different is it with the front one off?

Both my front and rear ones are gone.

Front one is also in the bed of the truck, lol

It makes u-turns and parking lot ralleys fun Devil You can three wheel without hydrolics, haha

heres a question, with the weight of my bumper and winch like 400 pounds or so is it ok to take my sway bar off?

Actually, bumper and winch are about 225lb in my case. Still very heavy..

I am running without swaybars.. but have stiffer torsion bars and stiffer rear springs. I still drag doorhandles when cornering though, so you just have to be very careful.

Honestly, I'd ask what the point is on removing it on a 2wd. The greater articulation keeps the front wheels on the ground. With no power going to the front wheels, what does it matter?
