I don't know if i'm in the right section? if not then please move to right section! thanks now let get to the questions!

How much is the chaosfab.com hardbody kit cuz they don't show their prices cuz i'm really interested in it for my hardbody! but why do i need a bodylift and why 31s why not 33s? what shocks should i use? should i use fox racing non-coilovers or is their a specifed one i should use? thanks for your time.

NO offense, but that question sounds like it needs an answer directly from ChaosFab.

You need a bodylift because you're tires will rub.

none taken. somethings wrong with my comp so i can't send them an e-mail hillbillie. i just figured someone who has bought the kit from chaos fab would tell me how much they bought it for and what's their current setup and what they recomended? thats what i figured but wouldn't that change when you have wider fenders or would it still rub. is there any way to avoid the bodylift? all positive feedback will be appreciated.

I ve heard 3large but I dont know...More wheel travel will shove the wheel into the fender, fiberglass fenders might help.

Another thing I didnt know is they make a 4wd kit for frontiers and Xs.

hears what they had to say about my Questions! the kit was cheaper then i expected!

Thank you for your inquiry with TOTAL CHAOS. The HB kit is $1983. Thats the complete suspension system less shocks, torsion bars if not performing a coil over conversion, fiberglass and upper shock hoop. The body lift is necessary to install even 31's due to the fact Nissan positions their cabs lower on the frame rails than say Toyota. In order to clear the tire in the fender well at compression, a body lift is necessary. You can run non coil over shocks, but eliminating the torsion bars will provide a more tunable system and better handling. Custom upper shock mounts must be fabricated with this system.

$1983
$177.50 body lift
$280.00 Fenders
$189.95 t-bars
$117.50 12 inch travel bilstien(sp) shocks
=2807.95
$custom shock towers...$100-200??= 3 large!

If you go coilovers you can eliminate the t-bars but the coilovers are going to be MONEY!!

I have seen the kit at the offroad expo and it is a nice kit. Yes they do make one for 4wd X's and fronties now.

I know two people who have the kit on frontiers and if your into high speed desert it is a lot of fun. After seeing what they spent to get them working correctly, Currykid was dead on about price, the long travel kit can easily get to 4000 if you are not careful.

It does look cool, I guess for high speed it would be great but for the price an SAS could'nt cost much more.

If the 2 wheel drive kit is 2k thats got to be about double?
