I just got the superlift shackles from some dude over at the AC site. However, I have no clue how to put them on.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have not installed those specific ones, but have installed lift shackles on a cherokee. There was not much to it if I recall, basically take the load off the springs by jacking up the truck and remove the old ones, put on the new ones.

If you wanna you could stop by my place sometime this week or weekend and I'll give you a hand...

Thanks Duerk. My biggest concers is which way do they go? They are very funky looking shackles.

I would bet that the open end bolts through the frame. I'd guess they would only fit one direction.

Well I don't know why they have sleeves, but I can tell you how they go.

I'll talk about the one one the left in the pic. The top of that shackle will be facing the ground when installed, with that plate toward the rear (obviously; no other way).

Those shackles are sweet; they have that middle bar to prevent kick back (shackle flipping inward during extreme travel circumstances).
