are there any bolt on rear sway bars for 95 HB? How hard are they to install and how good are they?

2wd or 4wd - I can't imagine why you'd want one for a 4wd, as they kill articulation...

Otherwise, one from an Xterra or 2wd crew cab Frontier could likely be adapted to fit if you fab up mounting for it.. I have an Xterra one if you want it. You cover shipping plus a few bucks.

its 2wd and it wouldnt be amytime soon...im just thinking of stuff that i can do..anything that i do have to go through my dad first...he's just anal about alot of this stuff and it not technically mine...
how hard are they to install and how to do the mounting kit?...i have no exprience with stuff like this and have limited tools...bolt on or do i need to drill something?

You'd need mounting tabs welded to the axle and to the frame to use a swaybar. Get under the back of an Xterra at a dealership or something and look at how they connect.
