Stay away from anything lithium based. A good marine grade aluminum based grease will last much longer. The lithium based greases do not do well with water.

You can pick up a tub of the sticky silicone grease that comes with the poly bushings from suspension shops sometimes. One tub will last you about 3 lifetimes I think. http://performanceunlimited.com/cobravalley_chemicals/polyeaze.htmlIf you search for poly bushing grease on google you'll find the right stuff. I'm not sure if the stuff Ben posted is specifically for poly bushings. The stuff for poly bushings is very sticky so that it lasts longer. Any lithium grease would work, but unless it's "sticky" it's not going to stay in there very long. Brent 1972 K5 Blazer
