I reworked my custom center link yesterday. The old design utilized stock innner and outer tie rods with the inners attached to a rod end (eye bolt looking thing).

The old rod ends would twist which gave the same efect as the old OEM center link. To correct this, I swithched the inner tie rods to heim joints which meant making new adjusters.

More to come!

Looking good. smiley4...I was thinking about using something like that with the Calmin system because I like tham joints...but it seems ok the way it is. Big Grin You think that will keep you from having to weld the nut, right? It looks like those joints wont flex the wrong way like the TREs do. I like.
Im gonna post jack ya... Big Grin

I dont wanna hear nothing about the sway bar. Razz

What you've just said....is one of the most insanely idiotic things I've ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response was there anything that could even be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

The black bolts are true grade 8. The gold ones are "hardened" with lots of thread lock.

No more nut welding here. The only thing flexing are my damn worn out control arm bushings.
