How often should I lube the front end components of my '95 hardbody 4x4 pickup?

What kind of grease?

When I got it second hand in December my mechanic told me that the preious owner had not lubed it for along time and did a full lube job. That was around at 169,000 km on the truck.

FrontCC,

No, no manual with the truck.

I have one for my 1985 Nissan 4x4, maybe I should look in there.

Can't be very different.

forget the manual, it is usually based on how you use your truck. If it is a daily driver that doesnt see much dirt, then i would grease your front end every 2 - 3 oil changes. If you are like me who wheels a good amount of the time then you are going to want to grease every 1 - 2 oil changes.

As far as type Bill is right, but I prefer to use red grease that is high pressure high temp for my stuff, although it probably doesnt make that much of a difference.
