Well there is a long time not posted here, as was thinking of selling my truck... But changed idea and now I need ALL THE HELP can get for building an extreme suspension for my FRONTIER/NAVARA 4x4 2002 model 2.5L TDi...

The car already has a lot of ooomph as have make a 235Hp power with lot of goods.

BUT now I need to do the following:
Put he LONG ARM CHAOSFAB susp front . But will make a roll cage and make new taller shock hoops, soldered with cage and being able to pu coil overs 12' from FOX...(What is your opinion?

2)For the BACK I need to make a 4link suspension with LONG ARMS and 'delete' the leaf springs... Also will build a shock mount on the roll cage which will come back to the frame and will install same 2,5inch FOX coilovers 12'.

3)As have the R180 front diff will change it with an R200 and will put a front ARB locker as well. But also as the CHAOSFAB is very wide front will need to make larger the rear diff.
IS THERE ANY COMPANY produce custom axles???

This for the begining... Every help and info will higly appreciated and photos as well..
Thanks

I take it you are in to baja racing.

Most custom manufactures build solid axle axles. You can buy just the housing of a dana 44 or dana 60.

To my knowledge there is no companies who make custom axle for a IFS set-up.

The r180 is a extremely strong diff. It's good for about 300HP. The axles don't break the spider gears in the carrier ware out.

YES indeed BAJA with some more 'spice'.
I am planning retaining my 4x4 mode and upgrade to a custom 4 Link setup for rear with 12' coil overs or 14inch (will see) and for front axle will make new L-A-ARMS and for U-A-ARMS will build new or use the CALMINI's one.

There is also a CHAOSFAB front susp, but as can see has only 3~4 inches lift and uses an 8inches coil over or else gas type shock..

But I need a 12inch front coilover for a more capable truck even in light rock crawling. I am also planning to have sway a way front bar for maximum work of front suspension when need to crawl... For the front I am planning adding an ARB locker and also upgrade my ring&pinion to 4,88:1 if possible - so this is why I need C200 to install lower gears as will need to install 33's or 35's .
From search in this forum I red from someone that I can install the C200 in front without reverse gearing? Is it true? Where can I find some more info???

The whole project is not increasing the lift(at least not more than 5inches-as will widen the axles as well), but retain the center of gravity low and still have amazing wheel distance for an IFS...
