Lift shackles alone wont give you that much of a lift. lift shackles are usually in conjunction with a add-a-leaf kit.

If I was going to lift your truck and I was looking for a complete suspension lift kit I would go with this one from a/c.

The best lift kit is not the best complete kit. A best lift kit is the kit you put together will all the best parts from the different manufactures.
