Does anyone know if the Hardbody uses the same leaf springs as the Frontier 2wd? I need new rear bushings, and ABC wants $140 for a set of rears... I really don't want to pay that.
The reason why I am asking, is Energy suspension sells a leaf spring kit for like 40 bux, but it is for a hardbody. They do not have a kit listed for the Frontier... This doesn't sound right....
Are you replacing all 6 bushings out back?  1998 Frontier 4x4, 2002 Xterra 4x4, and Z28 street rocket Pass here and go on. You're on the road to heaven - Kerouac |

Yeah.
They were trashed when I did the rear axle swap and drove around with the springs bowed out a little. Plus, I have 140k on the original bushings. Both front and rear on the spring itself, plus the frame bushings. ----------------------------- My myspace page. TUPPERWARE!!!!
