Okay well i have my 2001 frontire regular cab an i was thinking about buying a body kit for it, until i heard about just rasing the ride hight with the suspension. well my question is how can i go about an do this by my self???

I'm assuming you have a little 2wd truck. 4x4parts.com sells both suspension lifts and body lifts for your truck.

how much lift do you want? You can adjust the torsion bards which can give you 1-2" of lift with out changing out any components. You'll need a alignment afterwards.

Another way is when you take your truck to get aligned ask them to raise the front end 1-2".
