Well Guys I am back. I have about 15days to log on and really missed this place. I was abroad for business and could not do otherwise.

Well Today I have the appointment with the garage to start rest modifications. We installed a custom adapter into the UPPER - A - ARMS in order to gain about an inch of suspension lift more, but I could not tight the torsion bars more. Now I am looking for change them with stiffer ones.

Does any one knows the exact dimension and splines number of a torsion bar for the FRONTIER 4x4 2003 model???

ConfusedAlso from where can I be supplied with new stiffer ones?
ConfusedPlease note that I have also bought from AC stiffer torsion bars but are shorter than stock and cannot install them.
ConfusedCould someone state the exact dimension of the torsion bars, as I am figuring out they have send me wrong torsion bars...

I don't know the dimensions of your t-bars, but it sounds like you need to reindex them. If you ran out of cranking room, you need to take them out, and drop the adjuster down more before you put them back in. This will give you more room to crank them up.

The torsion bars on my 2000 CC are 34.125" long. I know, the first set I received was longer and did not fit. Eyes

Actually I have longer torsion bars than one that supplied from AC with the first order of Deluxe pacakge.

2 Days ago I took my NAVARA from garage. We installed Calmini's Rock crawling gears (We had to cut some of the inner alluminum of the t-case) and my brand new Upper-A-Arms fro Calmini.
As have posted before I did make a custom modification to the Upper - A - Arms of Calmini, in order to gain some more Susp lift(about 1,5inch more), but the torsion bars cannot crank more.

My idea now is to built from a torn CNC machine new torsion bars.

Can anyone give me some detqails of a strengthen torsion bar?

Wouldn't it be easier to return the wrong T-bars to AC and get ones of the proper length?

Might want to contact Sway a Way directly and give theem the length of your stock T-bars.
