Hello All!
After doing some research I finally made up my mind to go with the Calmini UCA and a rear coil swap from a 1997 Jeep grand cherokee.
This seems to be the way to go for me since Im not going to be doing a lot of 4wheelin.All im trying to accomplish here is to be able to fit a set of 31X10.5X15 cooper STT on 15X8 street locks.

Please Lemme know what you guys think of this set up. Any input would be great.

Good product. Go one step further and get the steering kit too. Stock steering doesn't hold up well to suspension lifts.

Hello Desert
Im planning on getting the steering kit also but for now the stockers will have to do or I can put the thorley headers on hold and get that instead.Whats do you think?

Also, doing this mods will it really give me a 3" lift up front? I have not seen a pic of a before and after on the front suspension mod.The only one ive seen is the back spring mod.

Thanks

I'd do the steering with the lift before headers.

ya, steering before the headers.

you may get close to three inches, but keep in mind your uptravel remains the same, you are only changing the ride height.

Thans guys.Thats what Im going to get.Not too concerned about the uptravel right now as long as it gives me enough clearance from the center of the hub to the fender well so I can atleast fit a 31 in there.

I thought 31's were factory tires on Pathy's. I guess your issue would be tire width and backspacing.

se's had 31's, xe's had 235's. 31's should fit without lift, but may rub depending how your t-bars are set up.

Hi there P-man

I set the 31's next to my truck yesterday and I dont think that cranking the bars would clear the tire.

Top of the 31's sits pass the top of the fender flare Eek

ya, but your hub was not centerd on that tire. you will gain some lift with your 31's. you will fit 31's with out any lift. unless you go with stupid backspacing.

steering before headers.

My truck is an SE and came with 235's. That was quickly remedied and with no adjustment or lift I have 31X10.5's on stock chromes. Only rubbing I get is in rear when I bottom it out.

I am picking up a set of 33 12.5 BFG all terrains and am going to put them on stock wheels. I have a 94 Pathy xe. I plan to crank the t bars and install the ford or jeep coils in the back as well as cut the fenders and quarters at the top of the flares. Has anyone done anything close to this? will the tires fit ? I don't mind some rubbing as long as I don't cut the tires. Thanks.
