By spring over conversion, I'm going to guess you mean Ford coils. The cheapest lift for the front to match that would be ball joint spacers (www.4x4parts.com sells them for about $90) and a torsion bar crank.

Your other option is to do a body lift and leave the suspension alone.

P.S. Capitalization and punctuation would make your post much easier to read.

No, by spring over conversion he likely means that it is a 2WD Hardbody Pickup.

Well for lift options, there isn't a whole lot. If you do a spring over you will likely gain about 4 or 5 inches of lift, which you won't be able to get from any kit for the front.

I would sooner recommend some other way of lifting the rear, coupled with a lift kit for the front, or there is always the option of a body lift.

By the way, welcome!

My truck is a 2wd as well.

I have done a 3 inch Body lift, and added 31 inch tires with 3.75 in offset wheels... no rubbing. I recommend a Body lift for a *cheap* lift (around 250 or so).
