I would like to figure out how much lift I will be getting out of my axle swap. Could someone with a stock 4x4 frontier, hardbody or pathfinder post measurements from the frame to the ground. Measurements from the door/cab section should be perfect. Pathfinder measurments would need to be 95 and older.

I know the fronty out the box is lower to the ground than the stock hardbody. All I'm trying to do is figure a rough estimate of lift.

Thanks.

The pathfinders are lower too, by an inch or more.

I believe all frontiers are higher than a stock hardbody and the newer frontiers are definately higher than hardbodies... but I do have some brochures from nissan for the 2000 Frontiers and 2005 Frontiers, Titans, Xterras, and Pathfinders...( I was in the market for a new Nissan, so what?!? Razz)

2000 Frontier: overall height- 65.9" (without roof rack)

2005 Frontier: overall height- 70.1" (without roof rack)
73.9" (w/ roof rack)
and minimum running ground clearance on 2005 Frontiers- 9.8"-10.1" (this spec not listed in the brochure for 2000 Frontiers...)

2005 Titan (might as well Wink ): overall height-76.7"
minimum running ground clearance-11.5"

2005 Xterra: overall height- 74.9" (W/ roof rack)
minimum rumming ground clearance- 9.5"

2005 Pathfinder: overall height- overall height (w/ roof rack)- 73.1"
MAXIMUM ground clearance- 9"
Chug

Thanks Aaron. I'm going to say the stock hardbody has ~7.0" of ground clearance.

btw Is the measurement from the diffs or frames?

I know my titan's rear diff is 10.3",minimum running ground clearance is 11.5", but I know my frame is a good bit more than 11.5" off the ground...(i'll measure tomorrow...)
not 100% sure what "minimum running ground clearance" is... probably the avg. between the 2 (frame and diff)...

hope it helps... Chug

I figure a stock hardbody is at least 5 inches lower to the ground than a titan.

My truck came stock with 235R15 on 7" wide wheel.
