You can buy body lift blocks from 4wheel parts. Their kind of expensive.

For your truck, you can get the Trailmaster 4" kit and combine that with a UCA lift sold by AC, Rancho, Calmini and others for a total of nearly 7" of suspension lift. A steering upgrade is pretty much mandatory with this setup if you actually want to drive it. Hoohaa centerlinks are the cheapest alternative, and the Calmini setup would also work.

For the rear, you'd be looking at needing custom spring packs to get that height unless you wanted to use lift blocks, which I'd stay away from myself.

lift blocks

lift blocks are a sin......

I recommend 3” body lift and 3” suspension lift.

The trailmaster lift lowers the axle, crossmembers, and suspension, steering mounts for 4" of lift. You gain more lift with an aftermarket set of upper control arms that allow for additional torsion bar cranking to get about 2.5" more.
