Give Automotive Customizers a call. That's where I got mine.
As for the limiting straps, not really needed. I have ran them both ways without noticing anything. My set-up is different so can't help with shock length.

As a college kit I would not bother with revolver shackles. If you don't want the add-a-leaf kit go with some longer leaf spring shackles.

Unless your looking for off-road performance revolver shackles will do absolutely nothing on the road, possibly more dangerous.

Out back you can do lift blocks when longer u-bolts or longer shackles for cheap.

If you do chose revolvers, you'll need longer brake lines, extend the abs sensor wire, 3" lift shocks, probably some other stuff to.

If all your doing is a t-bar crank there is no need for revolvers. FYI- There is a thread started by me about running front and rear revolvers. Look in Q&A or skid plate ally.

i already have longer shackles... calmini to be exact

im not looking to help my on road performance, i wheel a lot too and were i go usually requires a lot of rear flex... i also say i dont want a 3 inch lift cuz well i dont feel like messing with the UCAs and also cuz i dont like AALs, ive seen 3 pieces work and they kinda ruin your flex IMO

i just wanted a set of revolvers as cheap as possible

im not just looking for a method to lift my truck

AC, there like 185+ tax/shipping. They will add easilly 2" of lift.

You might want to think about getting some lift leaf springs, calmini has them for the frontys. They wont require any modifications and will work with your current truck as is. The lift springs will give you more flex also.

On a different note there's no comparison to the amount of flex you get out of the revolvers.

"If all your doing is a t-bar crank there is no need for revolvers."

I used to run Revolvers when IFS. Sold them to a Toyota guy when started the SAS. They are a good cheap mod for flex. Can be hairy on steep down hills, and they do open on uphills when your front tire is placed against a solid object (torque affect). But in the flat twisties, they shine! Adding the locker later helped too, but also increased the torque affect.

Those are new to me. If it's a single leaf I would pass it over.

I have ran them in many different ways. If you're interested in running them but want to almost totally eliminate those two problems install a center limiting strap. With a jack under the dif and the back of the truck on jack stands, lower the rear until the revolvers just start to open. Measure the distance between your custom dif mount and your upper mount and subtract an inch. This will prevent the revolvers from opening when not wanted.
