Does anyone know where i can get a u-bolt kit for my sas with waggy d44? Rancho shows a kit for the '83 waggy but it has two large u-bolts and two smaller ones.

Thanks

You can buy different size u-bolts at advance auto. They usually have a good selection.

There are two larger ones because the spring perch is cast into the housing on the driver's side...

i used all stock u-bolts. they fit fine even going SOA and using pretty tall spring perches. there is one longer bolt, as it goes over part of the diff, but like i said all the stock bolts worked fine for me.

Stock bolts are wimpy 1/2". They make such a wonderful sound when they break! I have 5/8" on the rear of my Nissan now (had 9/16". Went w/International Harvester U-bolt plates for the upgrade). Desert Rat has 9/16" on the front of his Frontier w/custom U-bolt plates. Either way, 9/16" or 5/8" won't stretch and break like the wimpy 1/2" and smaller do.
