Well I went out with the SWANKy crew on Saturday, but opted not to camp. When they started setting up camp, my brother-in-law (who was riding with me) and I decided we did not quite have enough wheeling for the day. On our way out, we decided to hit a few side trails. The first few were fun little trail, but eneventful.

Then we found this narrow rucky tral that was a blast, This trail also resulted in me driving out with a broken corner light from a tree branch, and a huge dent in the underside of my front bumper where I landed on a huge boulder. No big deal though just a little trail damage and I was having to much fun to stop there.

Then we found a big mud hole to play in. I was spinning a round in this and really throwing some mud about when I noticed this little ramp off to the side..... I guess I need to re-take physics, because I thought with only about a 30 foot run at it, I would not get much air.... Well I did, about ten feet from where my rear tires left the ground to where they touched down again. It was a HARD landing too, the mud was really soft I landed in, but all the weight was in the front. As a result, my passanger side was sittig about .25" off the lower bump stop.

Still feeling the adrenaline and testosterone flowing, I decided to hit the ramp going the other direction, because it was not as steep. Well like I said I need some more physics. This time the ramp launched us (NO BS) about 4-5 feet in the air and it was between 12 - 15 feet from where my tires left the ground to where they landed. This time all four tires landed at the same time so the landing was really soft.

I thought for sure I had stripped a torsion bar mount. Yesterday Re-indexed the passanger side and cranked up the driver side. I now am sitting about as high as I can go up front and it rides good as new big grin. Aside from the previosly warped wheels and uneven tires...

DISCLAIMER: Yes, I know it was stupid, yes it was dangerouse, yes it was some of the most fun I have ever had, yes I would do it again if the conditions were there same big grin big grin

Damn I wish I had remembered my camera.
