That would be a good place to watch people. All the trails on off the river. The all seem short and STRAIGHT up the mountain.

Jim do You go to Clayton often? I hear there is two more places around there.

I'll be going this spring for the first time. I wheel alot in NE Oklahoma, Missouri and NW Arkansas. I've been to Disney at least a hundred times and Sam from Sams Offroad keeps telling me that clayton is alot bigger than disney.

If it's like the rest of the stuff around here I'll bet in the spring it's going to be nasty, muddy rocks and hill climbs.

Not for from there is Hot Springs ARk. with Superlifts ORV park. And a little north is Potoue (sp?) OK.

We're going to go a little south this summer to the Kiamechee (sp?, I can't spell these Indian words) Mountains and camp for about a week. There are alot of Big Foot sightings there. JIM

Clayton does not seem that big. But Its at the base of a huge mountain.

I have been to Superlift. Never been to Disney yet.

Did you start at a camp? From what I understand that's where the main entrance is. But like I've said, I've never been there to find out for myself. That's why I'm going when they have an event going on, so I know where everythings at.

The best time to go to Disney is on a holiday like July 4th weekend. We start wheeling at about 9pm and go till about 4am everynight. Usually atleast 50 of us. JIM

It would be fun to put together a big run... but we couldn't really do an AZ-run type thing... we just have isolated wheeling parks here and there (there is no public land here like in AZ and CO, really).

I don't know how we'd manage a whole week of wheeling - except maybe going from park to park - and I think a lot of them are only open on weekends.

There is no camping allowed at Green Acres. But there is a state park on the lake outside of town with showers .

There are at least 4 parks within an hour of my house. One about 15min, one about 20 min, and 2 aprox an hour. JIM
