Good Pictures!

But I would say you need to purchase my R200A with the Calmini LSD already built in, it will stop that wheel spin!

Yes sir. Smile I need some kind of a locking sys in the front or rear. I am still in the process of figuring out what to do as far as lockers.

This is my listing:

Complete R200A with Calmini LSD - $500 (LSD list for $570 Here HERE) remember, this is an installed unit, don't have to worry about installing it. R200 has the 4.6 gears. This LSD is very tight, you will here and feel it when it breaks loose. Rarely use the ARB in Rear since I installed this.

Should work in any Frontier, not HB though. I will say, it works much better than I expected it to, in fact, I ran one auto hub and one manual so I would usually run in 3 wheel drive and if needed I would engage the manual and climb up almost anything. It would stay locked and only release when in a turn.

I would recommend this or a ARB locker in the front before doing the rear, unless you plan on doing a SAS.

You'll need the SLR diff drop kit to clear the 4 banger oil pan with the bigger diff.

Is the SLR diff. drop kit good for it or is it going to cost me ground clearance on my truck?

it drops the diff by 5/8"...not enought to impact your clearance, as the Xmembers are the low point.

Thanks for the info and I am assuming this is just a matter of swaping the front axles considering my gear ratio is something like 4.62 and the R200A is 4.60, humm matching the rear is going to be < ??? >.

nissans have ether the 4.62 or the 4.63 so it work ether way. Bob's is a 4.62 so it will go in without a problem with gears.

Both ends are 4.625 and yes, its a direct bolt in with the drop kit. Witout the drop kit, the diff won't clear the 4 banger oil pan.

I might be wrong but I thought Nissan went to 4.363 and 4.636 with the 33 spline axles? That said, I know it's semantics and the diff will still work, and am also not sure what the 98 Frontys were.

Nice truck though man!

I am getting confused. The 98 front diff is smaller than the newer trcks but it will fit if i use the slr drop kit, so to me this is good because i am actually upp my truck to a more stout diff. Who sels the slr drop kit anyway?

And yep, the bigger diff will fit with the SLR diff drop, I think it runs around $150.
