Here are the pictures I took of the Coves today.

This guy was not with us but we liked watching him.

We found this old campsite trashed at Cove # 4 This is the before pic.

This is the after pic.

this is what we did with a lot of that trash.

All in all, fun day, except for Mud who had a broken Motor Mount right from the beginning and couldn't join us on the trail.

Man, that Mog looks awesome off-road.

And cove #4... That is the bullshit that gets trails closed. I can't believe people are actually O.K. with doing that.
THANKS GUYS FOR CLEANING THAT UP!!!

So, didn't see Robert's jeep... did he not make it?

I love the frame flex on that ford truck lol

I just want to mention that the mog carried out all the bagged garbage from that trashed campsite. Big Grin MOG-1, Campsite Trash People-0

I still cant believe that someone would do that. Its like they just got up and left everything there.

The mog did great though, aside from some minor carb issues. Made it there and back without any breakage this time.

What was really weird was that there were little kid tennis shoes, adult tennis shoes, sleeping bags, and at least 3 tents. There was also adult and children's clothing, blankets, etc. It was all trashed and had been there for mabye a month or more.

I hope you guys cleaned up an abandoned campsite, and not a crime scene. Any families missing recently? Or maybe it was transients (spelling is horrable tonight) we get them a lot in Ocala, them and Meth labs.

couldn't have been transients.. the only way in or out of there is via boat or 4x4. I doubt it was a crime scene, as it was obviously all trash.

My guess is that it was the site of a kegger and mabye things got a little out of control, tents got ruined, and the idiots just up and left it all.

I don't think it was a crime scene. Just a damned mess.

Thanks ya'll for letting me tag along. It was good to finally put some faces to the names I hear about. I realized that cralwer gears and a locker are in my future sooner than later. It was a fun day. I am glad that we were able to clean up that aweful mess left by some friggin' a-holes.

It was quite entertaining watching the brain donors, down in the bowl also, until they started shooting.
Here's my pics:

I must have done this hill wrong.

I didn't have nearly as much smoke and dust coming from my truck as this guy did.

That's the same hill from a different viewpoint. He never did make it up although his friends swore he's done it the last 5 times he came out here. That truck litterally had more flex in the frame than he did in his suspension.
