so i managed to get my truck to the teeter todder flex. i had my freind take a pic then when i look at em later i see how tweaked my bumper was. when i got up on the hill it was kinda moving side to side, than wanted to settle to the passenger side, thats why i am hanging out of the door and i had my girlfreind come over to my side to, hehe. when i was going down that washout and the front end would go from full droop to full compression, there was some scary creaking noises coming out and i could feel it in the floorboard moving. maybe it was the uca's polyurethane or just the T bars. but nothing broke. thats with my antisway bar on there too. and i'm open front and rear which adds much difficulty when you have 1 front and 1 rear off the ground at times.
yeah so the picture!

Looks like time for a sas. And a bumper made of steel, not tin foil. Just kidding, looks like a fun spot.

Part of it is probably the body lift allowing the frame to move independantly from the body more easily...

Looks normal to me. In AZ, we typically have no more than 3 wheels on the ground.

the sway bar is still on. but since it was teeteing on the drivers front and the passengers rear it was still flexing good. the bed was leaning towards the drivers side, i saw it when i stuck my head out. the passengers door was shut. i try alot but dont usually even lift a tire down here. most of the time i can hit something and not lift a tire and my buddy in his stock 99 frontier will have a tire like 6"+ off the ground at the same spot.

Nissan's only have .25" of frame flex at full suspension flex! We have a way overbuilt frame! Since the custom bed/roll bar, no more frame flex! Suspension does all the work!

I found this while looking up "bumper steel" to find what thickness(es) folks use and I'm laughing my a$$ off. Yea buddy, Caeser SHIFT-4x4 is right! $X$

So, 2x6- 3/16" ??

And can 2x2 stock be used to make a recovery hitch or is that something special?

I highly recommend paying all bills off before an sas. For the next few months I'm going to living very poorly paying for my sas.

I'm at 2k in parts right now. I still have stuff to order.
