Sorry, there's just a lot going on lately. Sitting at the PC has been low on the priority list as of late.

I'll send y'all a note when I get that done.

Thanx for your patience,

-matt

The pics didn't do the trail justice for that day... There was a lot of mud...

In fact most of the trail I did in 2 Wheel drive... and actually did pretty good... I didn't realize it was in 2 wheel until I tried to pull the Dodge out of the mud and started to peel out...

Go north on I17 to Table Mesa road exit. Hang a right onto Table mesa road.. go through the gate a ways down.. you are then on FR41. It goes about 26 miles and then intersects with another road.. hang a right there to come out through Seven Springs and into Carefree. Smile

The trail is 2wd doable, IMO, when it's dry. Last year at this time, most of it had been bulldozed. All the rain we've gotten has turned it back into a rocky, bumpy fire road.

There's only a couple spots that present any traction challenge, but most of it is just bumpy cruising.

It's a pretty drive thru the canyon, though, with a good variety of flora and fauna.

Regards,

-matt
