Well I am back from Vegas and had a great time. All told there were around 40 - 50 trucks at the meetngreet, and I was the only first generation frontier.....oh well. It was also an opportunity to test out my shiny new rear springs.

About 20 trucks went on the run, which included fire roads, dirt trails, pretty cool rock piles and sand dunes Roll Eyes......I hate sand, but it was fun watching everyone else play.

Here are The Titan and Frontier at the hotel:

This was not an offroad truck by any means, but I was particularly humored by the chrome tow hooks. Also the mirror like reflection in the bumper lol

The trucks that hit the trails

Im just a little higher than my neigbors

On the trail

Wheeling is hard work, so much for my navigator

Penski coming over a ledge

Me going over the same ledge

Leave it to a yota to be the only one stuck Big Grin

Does my tire have a leak?

some decent Rock Shots

I believe this is a trail in Sedona that the AZ boys hit on the way back:

Overall I had a great time and got to meet some great people, many of them from AZ.

Pretty common with the BFG sidewalls. My new MTs did the same. It happens when the tire rides low on air. Sidewall plys "break" and then rip and leaving only the tread in-tact.

Yeah, looks like he ran it flat for a ways. The one I blew out on the 202 freeway on the X looked almost that bad.

Nice looking trails, especially that rock pile at the end.

That sedona trail is Broken Arrow - that's the devils staircase, or whatever the pink jeep fags call it.

Ahhh...look who's talking...

NICE PIC's, I was seriously thinking of coming up for that run but didn't want to put that many miles on my truck and tires. Anyhow, I will be at MOAB though.

I put down Day 1 = Cliff Hanger, Day 2 = Moab Rim, Day 3 = Flat Iron Mesa, Day 4 = Hells Revenge, and last day Poison Spider. I am staying Slickrock Campground in one of the cabins ($40 a night). Roughing it but not too much.

OOPS... I guess we are post jacking... back to the topic, NICE PICS...
