Does any one know how many ft lbs of torque to tighten the front axle bolts to?

hrmm...I don't know off hand, but trust me... AS TIGHT AS F'ING POSSIBLE!!! Use thread lock, use glue, add some epoxy and crank those things as much as possible (someone stepping on the brake helps). Even after all that, I'll bet they still fall out... ask Spike about it. lol
