My clutch in making horrible screeching noise every now on then. I am thinking it is the throw out bearing?
Has anyone done a clutch on 2nd generation? I have only done them on 1st generations? Any good shops in the Denver or Colorado Springs area? I will probably do it myself unless shops are cheap. Thanks Richard Eddy 97 Pathfinder SE 5spd Castle Rock, CO |

I have not gotten to it yet. It has not been making as much noise lately, so I have put if off until I have to do it. When I get it done I will send you some pictures.

The pilot bushing is the probable cause. Real easy to replace.

Yeah its the pilot bushing. I have 2 new ones. I bought a special pilot bushing puller, but its too dam big.. I recently swapped my clutch/pplate/ tbearing.. I just forgot to put a little grease on the pilot bushing.
