I just got my new tires...I had a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder that I put 31 x 10.50 All-Terrains on and they fit fine!

Now I have these monsters (Yokohama Geolander AT/S) and they look like they're never going to fit stock even though I used several tire calculators and they measured to 31.6" tall...

Do I need wheel spacers on the front to move them away from the struts - or do I need to return them for 250/70 tires?

No worries - discount tire direct is only charging me $12.00/tire for return shipping and they're sending me 255/70 R16 tires as a replacement...and I'm getting a refund for the difference in the price of the tires!

The 265's probably would have fit with minor rubbing issues. The 255/70's will definitely fit without issues.

Yea...well Discount Tire made it hard for me not to return them...this is my DD and I dont want rubbing problems.

The tread looks decent on the yokohomas and for $113 a tire shipped to my door...thats damn cheap.
