OK, pictures Smile

By the way, I drove home this way from the paint shop. No lights - just hand signals! Big Grin

This pics hide the imperfections; I was sure to remove big dents and stuff. But there are still a lot little dents and transition points. But hey one off road trip you will get this some anyway. The Super Pat is a monster so why dance around the bush.

Plus, my newly balanced TSLs are great. I was holding at least 55mph and the cruising was great. No wobble at all!

Looking good! You going to paint the cage to match?

I have not decided on the interior. I painted the cage some shade of brown, but I leaning to get some rhino liner for the whole interior. Then, I would likely hit the cage again with that color as well. Right now the whole interior is gray. But, if I make gauge changes and the such, it doesn't make sense to put hours into changing that now.

The guy at the paint shop offered me $3500 for the Pat as is. I have to admit I thought about it after the filling up the gas tank in my other truck on the way over. When I dropped of the Pat I rode my bike and it was free - plus i got some exercise.

nice Jason...looks great!

that color is very similar to what I plan on for my 64 soft top. But I am looking at a touch less OD green in it and a bit more limy/pasty green. MQ is going to stay pretty much the same forest green it is now.

rhino lining the interior is a good idea. The green looks really good. The brown on the cages doesn't go well with the truck any more. If you really like brown I would go with a darker shade.

Man! Looks SWEET! You've really got the SuperPatrol fixed up nicely!

I'd paint the cage semi-gloss black. Goes with everything!

I have my 302V8 running great. I would like to go with fuel injection, but it has plenty of power now. I'm thinking of building my own fastback soft top for the Patrol. I still looking at adapting the newest Jeep soft top since it is wider then ever before. Last night I spent all several hours fixing all the lights and stuff. They finally all work. I had to clean up the blinker assembly it was full of gunk.

By the way, if you look closely you'll notice I have registered my Patrol as a Street Rod here in Maryland lol

See, when I took photos of the Patrol with desert scenery, it blended right in.

You've managed to camouflage it for Maryland... it blends right in with all the green there. Wink

Looks fantastic!!!

The super-Pat has gotta be rare iron up there in Maryland.
