The forum seems a bit quiet lately....Lets see if we can get it rolling again Big Grin

We have at least 6-8 owners who come here reguarly. For the most part we are west of the rockies...why don't we try to get a P-troll run or rally together?? I know GoneMoab is happening again and also this clubs rally soon. yet, most of us do not have a truck ready atm. Both GoneMoab and AZrun are at abd times of the year for me as I don't work and lack funds! I was thinking we could shoot for something like July 4th 2004 or later, summer or fall is best for me. This way we have time to at least get our trucks running good enough to run some trails over 2 days. It gives you a goal also to shoot for with your project. I am also pretty posative we could get one or two magazines interested and show up for a shoot. If it happens at the right time of year I can sponsor some activeties and also do a raffle. If we planned it well, got a number of owners commited to show then got some interest from mags...well then my suspension suppliers might be keen to do more for sponsorship. We could also start a nation wide run that happens anually. I myself have wanted to do this for some time but it takes a lto more than one guy to pull off. I was thinking a unique event held for P-troll owners...but of course all Nissan owners welcome. I just think it is good and due time we as owners get together and have some fun as a group. I also see it as an excellent way to get exposure for our trucks. With exposure will come increased value and also more products for us to use.

What do you think!? Confused

It's a great idea....and something like that could easily muster magazine coverage given the right contacts. Patrols are a rare enough sight on the trails that I'm sure you could get interest from one of the monthly rags.

By July I'm hoping my SAS is done. Am planning an elk hunt down around Flaming Gorge this fall, so I'm not sure what my vacation schedule looks like. I'd love to see a string of Patrols on a trail - that'd be very cool, and has probably never happened before in the states.

Being from the Meeteetse / Thermopolis area, I've never been there myself. My brother has a nearly 1/2 million acre ranch down there west of the river, but I'm applying for the east side so I can go hunt with my dad.

I'll let you know when/if I draw, and I would like to get together, if even for just a campfire dinner or something.

July sounds good to me. Ive noticed that alot of groups meet around that time. What is good for them would probably be good for us. So... where is Flaming Gorge?

Shoot, I might even get to try my out my V8 S-10 as a tow rig! Big Grin
