Passenger Rear, Driver Rear, Passenger front, Driver front. Think furthest from the master cylinder to closest. Switch everything left to right if it's a right hand drive car. As far as manually or with a speed bleeder, as long as the airs out, it doesn't really matter how you did it.

Drip is right on the money....I have found that if the lines are new it can be real pain to get all the air out. Had to use a power bleeder.
