I could probably find one... Its just that Im a bit low on dough. Maybe I should just wait till I can get some cash, and get myself a Z Dizzy. Rather than messing around with that old points dizzy. I wonder if my friend would let me have the dizzy off of one his parts cars...

I stand by that Rochester I have. That is the best carb Ive ever had on a truck. The problem has to be in that stinking ignition. My 4-wheelin buddy thinks its my points. Hes supposed to be down really early in the morning. Hopefully, he will fix it. I called my friend, and he already gave away the dizzy on his 280Z parts car. So, maybe Ill find an old 280Z sitting out in a field or something...

My 4-wheelin buddy came down yesterday. Hes sort of a points guru. He showed me all that I had to do regularly to keep my igntion system in fine working order. After alot of adjusting, we finally found that many of my spark plugs had shorts in them. When lifted up and off the plug to test it, it would be fine. But when lowered to about the height of the plug, they would quit firing. I talked to a few people around here... Some antique car guys, and was told that the high performance Accel Super Stock spark plug wires were what they used on their old distributors. So, I will be picking a set of those up in a few days.
