Guys, I want to install diff lockers on my rear diff, but I dont want to change my axle, what can I do for this problem, I foun that on Hilux Toyota there are some lockers that you can install on vehicle. Is there any locker for my patrol???
I have checked the ARB, MQ has got 3 diff (on what I found on ARB online cataloges). How I can I find that which model are my diff ? C200 or H233 or H260?- keep in mind that I need lockers for my both Patrols, esp for that one with Z24 petrol engine.
The C200 axle is the only one of the three with a removable diff cover. 8 bolts hold it on.
The H axles both have drop out 3rd members. The H260 is just larger.
The number indicates the diameter of the ring gear in milimeters. C200 = 200mm, H233B = 233mm, etc. It's not likely you have an H260...I think that's only found in the GQs.

all correct DR except the part about H260 in GQ only. I have an H260 in my 1977 Ute! H260 came in ALL MQ/MK Utes and most van models. The H260 has been around since about 1968....
Also there is a full floating H233 but I have only seen it in parts books.
for what Desert Rat said, I checked it, my front diff is C200 (plus shaft diameter is 30.4mm & spline count is 29). What do you thinck for ARB diff locker. I want to buy from this manufacture. Also I want to know if my truck will need any modofication for this lockers.
