Update: i love the new Titan!! Towed my YJ to Moab last week and it pulled all the hills with ease; literally blew my pal and his Ford away. And i was holding her back a bit since it's still in the break in period. Got around 10 mpg. Not sure yet what it gets when not towing cause it's hard to not keep the little pedal slammed all the time haha

Go easy on that rearend for a while.

Towing is when they fail.

Andy is right about the rearend... although I've been towing with mine for the past year with NO problem... I'm pretty sure that dana is doing a better job on the rearends since all the trouble they had with the '04 rearends... Nissan actually bankrupted dana corp because of the amount of failures. Being an '06, you should have 0 problems Chug

Not worried about the rear axle. It's had its break in period and my jeep is just not that heavy. Besides, factory warranty is a good thing. AFter that if it ever died i'd put in a 14bolt.

those 04's that had the recall was because of a very poor breather on the rear diff, they were replaced with an aluminum cover that ended the problem supposedly, after replacing all those bad ones of course too. I love titans.
