Nice truck.. but.. wayyyy too tall to be functional. The tires wont even fit up into the wheelwells. smiley36

When I SAS a Titan, it'll be functional with reasonable sized tires and at a reasonable height so it can actually be used offroad.

Well that looks stupid.

The Titan is already a bit butt-ugly to begin with, now this one is just a taller version of butt-ugly.

That thing will never see a trail, especially one with any sort of butt-puckering camber.

Just another illustration of having more money than sense.

Guy sayshe already has a trail rig. So why does this one need to be functional? He is just using it to tow. May not be he best set u for towing but it's what he wants. Give the guy a little slack, he just cut up a $30,000+ truck. Now you want him to go beat it up on the trail too? Nothing wrong with blinging once in a while.
Lator....

if he isnt going to wheel it why the hell spend that much money on the mods? there is no practical use for a 22" bling rim. it's a poser truck. kinda like that guy with the 1999 black frontier that did the coil SAS and then never took it offroad... smiley34

You guys don't think the first SAS Nissan TItan on Dana 60s is cool enough for ya? Ya need to throw away yer crack pipes Razz

For decades Nissans have been put down and ignored by the creeps in the 4x4 rags. Occasionally something comes along which might give us legitimacy as a 4x4 player in America. And you guys cut it down.

Well he ain't gonna be rock crawlin' in it, that ain't the only sport out there. He's gonna be takin it to the dunes and having fun, towing or whatever. And a big wide wheel is bling but on tires that big a wide wheel doesn't hurt a thing. Beer sign

So I guess we should all genuflect simply because this is "the first SAS Nissan TItan on Dana 60s" and because it somehow "legitimizes" all of us who have Nissan vehicles, but the efforts of folks like John, Brian, DR, Robin, Greg, Terrence, JP . . . do not legitimize us because they didn’t make it in a magazine (which apparently is what it is all about).

I guess we should all stand up and say what a great job the guy did for spending all that money on his vehicle, and how nice it looks simply because it’s a Nissan and we don’t want to be left out anymore.

O.K. It’s such a beautiful truck, great job, way to go.

You know, if the guy wants to drop that kind of coin for that, cool for him. I think it looks stupid, just as stupid as any Chevy, Dodge, Jeep, Ford, Toyota, or NISSAN lifted to ridiculous heights.

ricochet, why not give props to somebody for being to first to build a SAS on a particular platform? Datz's SAS is sweet, but not the way I would go. This SAS titan is sweet, although also not the way I would go.
I agreee with Rondo. I like seeing nissan's get built, weather I would do it that way or not, simply because not many people build them up, and I'm sick of seeing chevy's ford's sheeps dodges and toys getting built all the time.

the titan with 40's on it is no different than a frontier/hardbody/pathy/xterra with 35's-37's, the size to lift ratio is more or less the same. Major props on the Titan, bad choice of tires/wheels, nut buildup couldn't have been much better...
