I've decided that since there's nothing for me to do for a week that I'll just go exploring west georgia. So here's pics from the first couple days, in no real order.
   This park used to be a lake, hence the name Lakebottom. They tore down the dam back in the 50s I guess. I played baseball down here a long time ago. So did Frank Thomas. booya.  the Aflac world HQ building looms in the distance  went back out to Tom's island to get a closer look  looking south from the high point of the island  remi  looking back at the island from about a mile away  I spooked some geese and they were very unhappy about it  might have had something to do with these giant goose eggs   bigger brother?  found DocP's 720, beaten, burned, totally screwed. But it does have aftermarket UCAs and torsion bars as well as manual hubs. They might be for sale, PM me.  More later... Will   |

All the hotties go to panama city or P-cola. Deston is also a really nice place with women all over the place during spring break. Normally Deston is full of a bunch of old retired people.

I was there last winter and it seems like they were trying to make it less of a party place and more for the family like it used to be. Club La Vela was closed!  Flat Rock Park. Can't wheel in here though     Sand pipers breaking beaks on rock? that's gotta be confusing.   huge pipe coming 10' out of the ground. I have no idea what it's for. Went downtown and crossed the river to Phenix City, Alabama. They spell it funny...    great blue heron   wtf   space jeep?   this can't be good  I'm not sure what these are. Possibly ovens for making bricks. Those are some amazing pictures. Really makes the desert look like, well...a desert. Whats all that green stuff? And that liquid thats running in all your pictures, is that this magical "water" that Ive heard about exists in the wild?
