Here are some PICs of our new Pre-Fab going in at our land in Show Low AZ! (Taken Last Month)

The house is 2300 Square feet and here is the floor plan if your interested.
http://www.azchampion.com/SFlapaz.asp

I sold my Pathy so we would have enough money to pay for it all...

Check out the wireless crawler. It could move that prefab just about anywhere and it had a 20K Winch too!

The PICs at the bottom are from Day 2 when in snowed 7-8 inches!

Congrats Matt! I know how that feels to have something like that. Although we don't have our house on the land yet, it's nice having the land there - and we have our plan and are right on track for meeting it.

Instant house, gotta love that. We've thought about going modular or even panelized. Looks great though.

Thanks for all the nice comments!

I’ll post up some inside PIC’s soon.. next time I’m up there…

Heating and Cooling – right now just the standard electrical furnace and no AC. We will put in a temp window AC and a wood stove/fireplace down the road.

Getting it to this point has be a lot of work and I have learned so much about this installation process.

Would I do it again… Some days no, other days yes - But I miss my Pathfinder Frown

I am managing the entire install myself, which means I just bought the home, and it's my responsibility to get it installed! I must have made a few 100 phone calls just to get it to this point.

Here’s what I have been up to -
Find the right plot of land (This took the longest because of it’s odd T shape)
Design a plan for where the home will go
Make sure I could fit it to all the county setbacks
Put in a septic (approval, location, etc)
Make sure is was to code
Coordinate the install of the concrete pad with stub outs for utilities
Coordinate the delivery of the home
Coordinate the set of the home
Coordinate the interior work of the home (repair all dry wall issues)
Coordinate the exterior work for the home (septic lines, electrical crossovers, cable TV lines, high volt lines, ventilation, and water crossovers)
Install a water line from the street
Install an APC approved utility pole
Install electrical from that pole to the homes breaker box

Still to do –
Interior work (Carpet, paint touch ups)
Exterior - Block wall around the base
Remove debris from the land
Install fill dirt and level the land

Future work –
Front Patio (Lattice, log pole, Santa Fe Style, with Iron gates and flag stone steps)
Rear Patio (pretty much a 20’ x 40’ patio with cover)
Install a wood fireplace
2 x AC Units with Gas Heat Packs

These are from the set of the home on the pad and some of the issues that I was having with getting it to fit together.

Just this past week I visited the home and my installer had all this patched up and looking perfect!!

Rear where the Pation will go.. Check out that those two slidling glass doors!

I like it! Is it considered an adobe, a Santa Fe, or a pueblo?

The factory calls it a Santa Fe home... and from what I have seen in magazines it has a very classic Santa Fe Floor plan, long hall ways, split floor plan etc..

The Workshop aka the garage.. will be a few years out... I have to recover from all the other expenses first..

We're going up there this weekend so I will post up some new pics!
