Well, messin around in the wash today by my house... Had my buddy Junior with me to take pics. Mongo flexes pretty good. For reference, my tires are 33x1250s. I am still getting used to the front tires actually doing something, lol

Anyway, here are the pics... some decent flex, Wink

Why so many washers on the Ubolts? Also, trim those bolt ends down flush with the nut.

Washers are because they didn't give me enough thread on the bolt... had to space em. These are temporary plates anyway. I am gonna make some like yours, and will get new ubolts while I am at it.

LOL, you would be rubbing something too if you just got a new front shaft.

In that pic, no. I cut out like 3" of offending metal from the fenders and introduced a BFH to the wheel wells...

I do rub a little on the passanger side when at full lock to the right... the tire hits the leaf spring. For that, I just need to adjust the steering stop on that side.

That hanger is awesome... no, we did not gusset...
The inner mounting tabs are actually wrapped around the 2x2 box, and are one piece.... did you see my SAS swap pics?

i dont think i recalled seeing a build up thread of yours. just looked at the one in your sig. however i did bookmark, save the web page, back up the webpage into a word doc, and saved all the pics of that spring hanger haha. i'm planning on fabbing it up in the next couple weeks, as i start to get all my sas stuff organized.

im assuming that because you kept the axle sua, you didnt have to cut and rotate the knuckles. does anyone have a rough write up or explanation about doing that?
