I LOVE RC Crawling...its only slightly cheaper than the real thing...LOL

Mine is not an axial (I would love to get one someday) Its a super with a custom built chassis (based off of the NN type chassis) with locked clod axles, 40 series tires, bead locks, dual 55t lathe motors, 4WS...I recently acquired some alum axle tubes and Cs so those will be going on soon...and then some new wheels...etc etc.

These are the only pics i have with me but this is just after I installed the custom chassis i had punched...no body or electronics.

Here is a crappy render of the chassis I drew in CAD and had made up...

I have actually changed it and the skid does not hang so low.

Have fun with it and get some pics up! LOL

It's sortof a scaler. 1.9s. The guts are pretty nice.

pic from previous owner/builder. It's a little beat up now compared to that shot. No biggie.

I got it from salmonfacesalad on RCCrawlers. Cool guy. Very helpful. He gave me some spare parts and stuff Chug

I need a battery charger...AC and DC. I think it has a 3-cell LiPo but I forget. WOuld this be a 7.2v? It has a Novak Goat ESC and motor. I don't know much about this stuff...got any recommendations for a charger? lol

Is that a Sami? I think I remember seeing the build up of that on Pirate4x4.

Here is mine. It is a Axial AX-10 ARTR. They sure are fun. It will get a tube chassis/body at some point.

Sadly, he didn't give me the little cooler.

New idea...use a $25 DC charger...and hook it up to an old computer PSU.

1/10 scale AZ Run camp. You just need some 1/10 scale beers and propane lanterns.

Yeah but the wires are buggered. I'll pull it apart one day and solder new leads if I get nerdy enough.

It's raining here. I set up a pile of bricks under the deck but that got boring after a couple of minutes. Need more bricks.

I'm going to order a charger then pull the axles apart to see what's inside. I think it has the aftermarket "lockers".
