So I went up to Prescott today and played in the snow. Real reason for visit was to take my brother to visit his "friend", but we played for awhile too. Here's some cool pics of my truck.

Lots of snow.

As of this morning...

Prescott - 13"
Payson - 16"
Flagstff - 23"
Forest Lakes - 26"
Snowbowl - 28"
Pinetop - 31"

That's the most snow I've EVER seen near Sunset point.

I totally thought about you TF&J, but it was kind of a one day notice kinda thing and I didnt want to intrude on anything you had going on. Plus, we started out kinda late, and had a plan for most of the day. We didnt get into prescott till like 1pm. Driving out at night back to the valley surrounded by idiots who dont know how to drive in bad weather was kinda scary. The road was fine, the drivers were what made it bad.

Yeah, sunset point was pretty crazy. I couldnt even see the canyon thats below the lookout, much less the mountain behind it. Same to the other side, we were literally in the middle of a cloud.

Had to make a trip through town to visit our old cabin. Its up past town square over the hill up by where all the church camps are. Awesome place, amazingly beautiful covered in snow.

So we had a pretty cool day, actually cold haha, and we had fun. Maybe next weekend we'll come up and play again and let you show us some spots to play TF&J (Terrence right?)

There are those that are bound in the round that occasionally put down those they consider to be bound in the square.
But dear hearts! It is nether those bound in the round or those bound in the square that get there.

smiley44... Gee... Well you can see I was waving at you uo the hill from me!
... I guess I'll have to photo shop the tire tracks that your HB put in the fresh snow. Or is it that you have a frog gear and just hopped up there? smiley46

My wife took this PIC the last day of April 99 and Ophir Pass was still snowed in on the west side. A lot of Swanky members were in the area last summer.

Was it '99? I guess you and I go waaaay back. And yes, that was back when my frog gears were new. You can't get them anymore for early HB's.

The funny thing is that your truck looks just a fake in that picture as mine does. Why is that???? Confused

Reserector;

... In the original photo my Frontier looked much to dark so I enhanced it but then had to blend in the edges. The snow on the trail had mostly melted in the sunny spot that the picture was taken so I photo shopped in the snow. The rest of the picture is un touched.

... I have videos of me driving there and on Engineer Pass with much snow and ice on the trail. What is wild is watching (I have it on video) the bulldozer clearing the snow drifts from these trails. I’ve been selling my Full Size Jeep snow DVDs ($10.00) pretty well here lately. I guess I should put my Hard Body and Frontier snow movie on DVD. I didn’t think there would be a market for a Nissan DVD. I still can’t believe my ‘95 V-6 HB KC managed to climb the steep grades of Engineer Pass (12,800ft) in solid ice and snow.

These two are un touched.
